Rated 3 out of 5 by from Not what I expected. I purchased this based on reviews, whilst lightweight, it is plastic, poorly cut in parts, not what I was expecting at all. Whilst it does add volume to your hair, I wish I would have gone for something much more branded than this one. Be aware that all the parts are plastic on this product, brush, nozzle etc. Not sure if it is something I will use on a regular basis.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Game changer Oh this is a game changer! Has turned a family members hair from frizz to something more like hair. And mine soft. It takes 2 minutes to dry too and is a pleasure with the big round brush is like a blow dry. I bought it when a girl came into work looking like she'd been to the hairdressers so I didn't even take any notice of the bad reviews because I knew it worked. It makes washing and drying something not a chore and something can be done in 10 mins. I would have spent months deciding on reviews and going through all variations. So i'm delighted with it. Went to tell another girl in work about it and she has it already. Some of the parts are a bit plastic-y. What isn't nowadays

I cannot comment on the performance of the BaByliss Air Style 1000 hairdryer as it was bought as a present for someone currently abroad. However, the ordering process was quick and simple and the good were delivered in a timely manner and were well packed. So, insofar as my involvement was concerned I am pleased with my purchase but cannot comment on performance which is why I have only given a mid-range rating.
